研究目的：

甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑对行经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术老年患者围术期的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Perioperative effects of remazolam mesylate on elderly patients undergoing transendoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在全身麻醉下行择期经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术的患者； 2. 自愿参加试验并签署知情同意书； 3.年龄≥60岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing elective transendoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography under general anesthesia; 2.Voluntary participation in the trial and signing of informed consent; 3.Age ≥ 60 years.

排除标准：

1.术前有明确的神经系统或精神疾病史; 2.有酗酒史或药物依赖史; 3.对本研究用药存在过敏史; 4.长期应用麻醉性镇痛药、镇静剂或非甾体类抗炎药物的患者； 5.术前合并严重肝肾功能障碍的患者; 6. 在三个月内参与了其他药物试验，或者不能很好地与研究人员沟通。

Exclusion criteria：

1.A clear history of neurologic or psychiatric disease prior to surgery; 2. A history of alcoholism or drug dependence; 3. History of allergy to the drugs used in this study; 4.Patients with long-term application of narcotic analgesics, sedatives or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 5. Patients with severe preoperative combined hepatic and renal dysfunction; 6. Participation in other drug trials within three months or inability to communicate well with the investigator.
