探讨术前口服高良姜素食胶囊对肝癌根治术患者肝缺血再灌注损伤的影响和机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect and mechanism of preoperative oral administration of galangal capsules on liver ischemia-reperfusion injury in patients undergoing radical liver cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18～64岁；2）ASA分级Ⅱ/Ⅲ级；3）术前肝功能正常；4）既往无肝、胆手术史；5）肝癌无转移；6）无心、肺、脑、肾等重要器官功能障碍。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age range: 18-64 years old; 2) ASA classification levels Ⅱ/Ⅲ; 3) Preoperative liver function was normal; 4) No previous history of liver or gallbladder surgery; 5) Liver cancer without metastasis; 6) Dysfunction of important organs such as heart, lungs, brain, and kidneys.

排除标准：

1）术前肝功能异常；2）合并心、肺、脑、肾等重要器官功能障碍；3）精神疾病史患者；4）对高良姜过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Preoperative liver dysfunction; 2) Combined dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, lungs, brain, and kidneys; 3) Patients with a history of mental illness; 4) People who are allergic to sorghum.

随机数字表法。每个信封的封面上都写有筛查编号，即进入筛查的受试者的序列号。随机分配由第 3 位研究者执行，他在患者进入手术室后将写有患者序列号和住院号信息的信封交给一位麻醉医师（中级医师职称），所有入组的患者围术期管理均由这一位麻醉医师进行，并且这位麻醉医师进行术前访视、负责患者分组信息、记录相关基础资料以及术中情况的收集并做好相应记录。随机化的产生、隐藏和分配由 3 位不同的研究者完成，他们都没有参与试验的后续部分。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Random number table method. Each envelope has a screening number written on its cover, which is the serial number of the subject who entered the screening. Random allocation was performed by the third researcher, who handed over an envelope containing the patient's serial number and hospitalization number information to an anesthesiologist (intermediate physician title) after the patient entered the operating room. All enrolled patients were managed during the perioperative period by this anesthesiologist, who conducted preoperative visits, was responsible for patient grouping information, recorded relevant basic data, and collected and recorded intraoperative conditions. The generation, concealment, and allocation of randomization were carried out by three different researchers, none of whom participated in the subsequent part of the trial.
