研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨在行肥厚型心肌病手术（室间隔切除术）术中同期行搭桥手术（冠状动脉旁路移植术）的肥厚型心肌病患者的临床特点和生存情况  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate clinical characteristics and survival outcomes of patients with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy who underwent concomitant coronary artery bypass grafting during septal myectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合指南定义的OHCM诊断标准，主要表现为超声下左心室室壁厚度≥ 15 mm，且左心室流出道压差≥30mmHg。2）符合手术指征且同期行室间隔切除术和心脏搭桥手术。3）一般资料、手术病历资料及预后资料等主要数据完整。4）年龄≥18周岁。

Inclusion criteria

1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria of OHCM defined in the guideline, which are mainly characterized by left ventricular wall thickness ≥15mm and left ventricular outflow tract pressure difference ≥30mmHg under ultrasound. 2) Meet the surgical indications and undergo ventricular septal resection and cardiac bypass surgery at the same time. 3) Main data such as general information, surgical medical records, and prognosis information are complete. 4) Age ≥18 years old.
