研究目的：

1.探讨改良后的U型枕垫在预防俯卧位通气患者头面部压疮的效果。 2.寻找一种可以减少俯卧位通气患者护理工作量的方法。 3.对于俯卧位通气患者，形成预防头面部压疮的护理规范。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Explore the effect of improved U-shaped pillow pads on preventing pressure sores on the head and face of patients with prone ventilation. 2.Find a method to reduce the nursing workload of patients undergoing prone position ventilation. 3.For patients with prone ventilation, establish nursing standards to prevent pressure ulcers on the head and face.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①采取俯卧位通气 ②俯卧位通气时间持续超过12h ③采取有创机械通气 ④氧合指数≤100~300mmHg且PEEP≥10cmH2O ⑤采用RASS镇静评估工具评分-3~-4分

Inclusion criteria

① Adopt prone position ventilation;② The duration of each prone position ventilation reaches or exceeds 12 hours;③ Adopt invasive mechanical ventilation;④Oxygenation index ≤ 100~300mmHg and PEEP >10cmH2O;⑤ The rating range for using the RASS sedation assessment tool is -3 to -4 points.

排除标准：

①头面部本身有创伤 ②使用Braden风险评估工具评分≤12分 ③数据脱落 ④其他不适合俯卧位通气的情况：脊柱或肋骨骨折、血流动力学不稳定等

Exclusion criteria：

① The patient has trauma to their head and face;②Use the Braden risk assessment tool to score, with a value of ≤ 12 points;③Data dropout;④Other situations that are not suitable for prone ventilation, such as spinal or rib fractures, hemodynamic instability, etc.
