研究目的：

本研究拟通过随机对照临床实验评价两种不同路径顶端悬吊术式对治疗中盆腔脱垂的疗效及不良反应，期望为女性盆腔器官脱垂尤其是中盆腔脱垂的手术治疗方法提供新的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of two different apical suspension methods in the treatment of mid-pelvic prolapse through a randomized controlled clinical trial, hoping to provide a new basis for the surgical treatment of female pelvic organ prolapse, especially mid-pelvic prolapse.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 2020年5月-2022年4月来浙大附属妇产科医院盆底疾病诊治中心诊治,且符合下述标准的94例女性盆腔器官脱垂的患者；
2. 知情同意并将签署知情同意书的患者；
3. 成年女性；
4. 有症状的盆腔脱垂且 POP-Q 分期Ⅱ期及以上的患者；
5. 保守治疗效果不佳，有手术意愿的患者；
6. 术后能随访2年的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. From May 2020 to April 2022, 94 cases of female pelvic organ prolapse are diagnosed and treated in the pelvic floor disease diagnosis and treatment center of the affiliated obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Zhejiang University;
2. Patients who have informed consent and will sign the informed consent;
3. Adult female;
4. Patients with symptomatic pelvic prolapse and stage II or above of POP-Q;
5. Patients with poor effect of conservative treatment and willingness to operate;
6. Patients who can be followed up for 2 years.

排除标准：

1. 有盆腔放疗史的患者；
2. 有经阴道网片治疗脱垂史的患者；
3. 有经阴道网片暴露史的患者；
4. 有生育要求的女性；孕期或哺乳期的患者；
5. 基础状态下检查发现有盆底肌肉痉挛引起的盆腔痛的患者；
6. 除了阴道顶端置入网片治疗POP外，同时有其他部位置入网片的计划的患者（置入吊带治疗尿失禁不属于排除标准）
7. 有免疫疾病长期使用类固醇激素的患者；
8. 目前吸烟的患者；
9. 患有疼痛综合征，可能导致对盆腔痛的敏感性增加（比如纤维肌痛、膀胱疼痛综合征）的患者；
10. 怀疑患恶性肿瘤的患者；
11. 年龄过大，不能耐受手术或手术收益明显小于手术创伤的患者。
符合其中1项者即排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of pelvic radiotherapy;
2. Patients with prolapse treated by transvaginal mesh;
3. Patients with a history of transvaginal mesh exposure;
4. Women with fertility requirements; pregnant or lactating patients;
5. The patients with pelvic pain caused by pelvic floor muscle spasm were found under basic condition;
6. In addition to the treatment of pop by inserting mesh on the top of the vagina, patients who have plans to put mesh on other parts at the same time (the treatment of urinary incontinence with sling is not an exclusion standard)
7. Patients with long-term use of steroid hormone in immune diseases;
8. Current smokers;
9. Patients with pain syndrome, which may lead to increased sensitivity to pelvic pain (such as fibromyalgia, bladder pain syndrome);
10. Patients who may have malignant tumors;
11. Patients who are too old to tolerate surgery or whose surgical benefits are significantly smaller than surgical trauma;
Those who meet one of them are excluded.
