观察心脏外科术后患者血清炎性因子水平与临床不良结局的关系及其预测价值  

Objectives of Study：

To study the association between perioperative inflammatory cytokines level and clinical outcomes in adults after cardiac surgery and its predictive value

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2022.4.1-2022.5.31 期间入住心外监护室的心脏外科术后患者； 2.年龄>18 岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who underwent cardiac surgery and were admitted to the external cardiac care unit between 1.2022.4.1 and May 31, 2022; 2. Age>18 years old.

排除标准：

（1）既往有慢性肾病病史；（2）术前接受肾移植或肾脏透析的患者；（3）术前2周内接触过肾毒性药物

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of chronic kidney disease in the past; (2) Patients who undergo preoperative kidney transplantation or kidney dialysis; (3) Exposure to nephrotoxic drugs within 2 weeks prior to surgery
