研究目的：

（1）比较重症肺炎与正常健康儿童肠道微生物的构成；（2）比较重症肺炎治疗过程中儿童肠道和肺部菌群的变化及其优势菌群是否一致。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To compare the composition of intestinal microbes between severe pneumonia and normal healthy children; (2) Compare the changes of intestinal and pulmonary microflora in children during treatment of severe pneumonia and whether the dominant microflora is the same.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.自2024年9月至2025年9月于我院儿童重症监护室（PICU）住院的符合重症肺炎诊断标准且行纤支镜肺泡灌洗的患儿；以及山东大学附属中学趵突泉校区及山大二幼在读的健康儿童。

Inclusion criteria

1.Children admitted to the Children's Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of QiLu Hospital of ShanDong University from September 2024 to September 2025 who met the diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia and underwent fiberoptic alveolar lavage;
2.As well as healthy children studying in the affiliated high school of Shandong University Baotu Spring campus and Shandong University second Kindergarten.

排除标准：

1.不同意入组人员； 2.年龄 < 28日龄和 > 18岁患者； 3.不符合重症肺炎诊断标准的患儿； 4.无需进行纤支镜检查及肺泡灌洗治疗的患儿；5.应用广谱抗生素时间超过3天的患儿；6.1月内应用抗生素或微生物制剂的健康儿童。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People who do not agree to join the group;
2. Patients < 28 days old and > 18 years old;
3. Children who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia;
4. Children who do not need bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage;
5. Children receiving broad-spectrum antibiotics for more than 3 days;
6.Healthy children receiving antibiotics or microbial preparations within 1 month.
