研究目的：

急性肺血栓栓塞症（PTE）规范抗凝治疗后仍有部分患者肺动脉残留血栓，可伴有临床不适症状，甚至复发或者发展至慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压(CTEPH)，后者致残率和致死率较高，首次诊断 CTEPH 后 90 天死亡率高达 32.7/100 人年。肺动脉血栓负荷及其血管和右室结构重塑直接影响 CTEPH 预后，早期识别和干 预可使 5-10 年的生存率超过 70%。本课题拟结合临床和影像信息，融合人工智能技术，通过深度学习算法，建立 PTE 发展至 CTEPH 风险预测模型和 CTEPH 诊断模型，同时通过 CTEPH 患者球囊肺动脉成形术后随访，构建 CTEPH 介入治疗预后评估模型，实现早期诊断和精准治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

After standardized anticoagulation therapy, some patients with acute pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE) still have residual pulmonary artery thrombosis, which may be accompanied by clinical discomfort symptoms, and may even recur or develop into chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). The latter has a higher disability and mortality rate, with a mortality rate of 32.7/100 person years after the first diagnosis of CTEPH at 90 days. The burden of pulmonary artery thrombosis and its vascular and right ventricular structural remodeling directly affect the prognosis of CTEPH. Early identification and intervention can lead to a 5-10 year survival rate of over 70%. This project aims to combine clinical and imaging information, integrate artificial intelligence technology, and use deep learning algorithms to establish a risk prediction model and a CTEPH diagnostic model for PTE development to CTEPH. At the same time, through follow-up of CTEPH patients after balloon pulmonary angioplasty, a CTEPH intervention treatment prognosis evaluation model will be constructed to achieve early diagnosis and accurate treatment.

纳入标准：

1.经 V/Q 显像或 Q-SPECT-CT 显像以及 RHC 检查明确诊断 CTEPH; 2.临床和影像资料完整； 3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Through V/Q imaging or Q-SPECT-CT imaging, as well as RHC examination, the diagnosis of CTEPH is confirmed. 2. The clinical and imaging data are complete. 3. Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.年龄小于 13 岁； 2.合并其他类型的肺动脉高压患者； 3.临床和影像资料不完整或质量差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age less than 13 years old; 2. Patients with combined other types of pulmonary arterial hypertension; 3. Clinical and imaging data are incomplete or of poor quality.
