研究目的：

（1）明确听乐治疗（专辑引力葡萄）治疗对脑卒中患者平衡功能的影响，并确立该方法在卒中康复治疗中的应用价值。 （2）揭示卒中康复过程中，平衡功能与日常生活自理能力的相互影响关系，为卒中康复策略的抉择提供新思路与借鉴。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To clarify the effect of Therapeutic Listening(Gravity Grape) on the balance function of stroke patients, and to establish the application value of this method in stroke rehabilitation. (2) To reveal the interaction between balance function and self-care ability of daily life in the process of stroke rehabilitation, providing new ideas and references for the choice of stroke rehabilitation strategies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）患者均符合第4届全国脑血管病学术会议研究制定的脑卒中诊断标准；均经CT或MRI检查确诊为脑出血或脑梗死； 2）年龄18-80岁，性别不限； 3）偏瘫或者四肢瘫； 4）股四头肌、臀大肌、小腿三头肌MMT大于3级； 5）MMSE大于等于24分； 6）Berg平衡量表21-40分； 7）患者或家属知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) All patients met the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the 4th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases; All patients were diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction by CT or MRI. 2) Age 18-80 years old, gender unlimited; 3) hemiplegia or quadriplegia; 4) MMT of quadriceps, gluteus maximus and triceps crus is greater than grade 3; 5) MMSE is greater than or equal to 24 points; 6) Berg Balance Scale 21-40 points; 7) Patients or family members give informed consent and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1）不符合上述诊断标准和纳入标准者； 2）存在脑卒中以外的其他神经系统疾病； 3）MMSE量表＜24分； 4）患有听觉诱发癫痫； 5）合并重要器官功能障碍或者其他严重躯体疾病； 6）存在精神障碍； 7）拒绝参与实验或者签署知情同意书；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; 2) The presence of other neurological diseases other than stroke; 3) MMSE scale < 24 points; 4) Suffering from auditory induced epilepsy; 5) Combined with vital organ dysfunction or other serious physical diseases; 6) There are mental disorders; 7) Refuse to participate in the experiment or sign the informed consent;

由研究实施者准备30只信封，选择脑梗死患者 30 例，按照信封法将患者随机分为两组：①普通白噪音+常规康复组; ②听乐治疗+常规康复组。

Thirty patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups according to envelope method: (1) general white noise + routine rehabilitation group; ②Therapeutic Listening(Gravity Grape) + routine rehabilitation group.
