HER2/FDG-PET/CT检查定量分析局部晚期和转移性尿路上皮癌HER2表达和FDG代谢与HER2靶向药物治疗疗效（ORR、PFS和OS）相关性  

Objectives of Study：

Correaltation of HER2/FDG-PET/CT quantitative analysis of HER2 expression and FDG metabolism in locally advanced and metastatic urothelial carcinoma correlated with HER2-targeted drug efficacy (ORR, PFS, and OS)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

诊断标准： (1)病理诊断为尿路上皮癌；（2）局部晚期尿路上皮癌或转移性尿路上皮癌。 入选标准： 1） 符合上述诊断标准； 2）年龄>18岁； 3）拟行HER2靶向药物治疗； 4）男、女 性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

Diagnostic criteria: (1) urothelial carcinoma was pathologically diagnosed; (2) Locally advanced urothelial carcinoma or metastatic urothelial carcinoma. Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria; 2) Age >18 years old; 3) HER2 targeted drug therapy is proposed; 4) Male and female sex is not limited.

排除标准：

（1）年龄 18岁以下； （2）无法取得原发病灶HER2病理学诊断； （3）不愿参与研究或不愿签署知情同意书的患者； （4）危重病人，罹患精神类疾病，不能配合检查患者； （5）孕妇及哺乳期妇女； （6）3月内心梗病人、心衰、不稳定心绞痛等严重心脏疾病； （7）肝功能严重受损（AST 或ALT> 4倍正常上限 ）； （8）肾功能不全（BUN或CR> 2倍正常上限）； （9）静脉血栓或肺栓塞等栓塞性疾病； （10）感染性疾病如泌尿系统感染、呼吸系统感染； （11）已经或正在接受HER2靶向药物治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Under 18 years of age; (2) The pathological diagnosis of HER2 in the primary lesion could not be obtained; (3) Patients who do not want to participate in the study or do not want to sign informed consent; (4) Critically ill patients, suffering from mental diseases, can not cooperate with the examination of patients; (5) Pregnant and lactating women; (6) Severe heart diseases such as heart obstruction, heart failure, and unstable angina within 3 months; (7) Severely impaired liver function (AST or ALT> 4 times the upper limit of normal); (8) Renal insufficiency (BUN or CR> 2 times the upper limit of normal); (9) Embolic diseases such as venous thrombosis or pulmonary embolism; (10) Infectious diseases such as urinary system infection, respiratory system infection; (11) Have been or are receiving HER2-targeted drug therapy.
