纳入标准：

1、年龄≥18岁 2、择期行全麻下正颌外科手术的患者（包括上颌、下颌及双颌手术） 排除标准：

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 18 years old 2. Patients undergoing scheduled orthognathic surgery under general anesthesia (including maxillary, mandibular, and bimaxillary surgeries)

排除标准：

无术后疼痛随访数据的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients without postoperative pain follow-up data

数据统一录入Excel表格。所有数据输入并核对无误后，由数据管理员写出数据库检查报告，其内容包括研究完成情况、入选/排除标准检查、完整性检查、不良事件检查等。数据进行分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。
