研究目的：

探索基于注意-运动协同任务的镜像疗法对脑卒中患者上肢手功能和注意力的临床康复疗效，观察其是否优于常规镜像疗法。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical rehabilitation effect of image therapy based on attention-motor cooperative task on upper limb hand function and attention in stroke patients, and observe whether it is better than conventional image therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-80岁，性别不限； 2. 首次发作脑卒中，病程1年内； 3. 单侧肢体运动功能障碍，上肢、手Brunnstrom分期I~IV期； 4. 意识清楚，能够配合完成评估与治疗； 5. 签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-80 years old, gender unlimited; 2. The first stroke occurred within 1 year; 3. Unilateral limb motor dysfunction, upper limb, hand Brunnstrom stage I~IV; 4. Clear consciousness, able to cooperate with the completion of assessment and treatment; 5. Sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study;

排除标准：

1. 存在视野缺损、偏盲； 2. 治疗期间接受其他中枢干预手段，如经颅直流电刺激； 3. 治疗期间接受其他认知治疗药物； 4. 治疗期间病情恶化、复发或出现严重并发症；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Visual field defect, hemianopsia; 2. Receive other central interventions during treatment, such as transcranial direct current stimulation; 3. Receiving other cognitive therapy drugs during treatment; 4. Deterioration, recurrence or serious complications during treatment;
