研究目的：

1.明确白蛋白与急性肺栓塞的相关性分析； 2.探究急性肺栓塞下低蛋白血症的发生率; 3.探究低蛋白血症对急性肺栓塞预后结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the correlation analysis between albumin and acute pulmonary embolism; 2. To explore the incidence of hypoproteinemia under acute pulmonary embolism; 3. To explore the effect of hypoproteinemia on the prognostic outcome of acute pulmonary embolism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断符合中华医学会呼吸病学分会《肺血栓栓塞症的诊断与治疗指南》和 2014 版欧洲心脏病学会 (ESC)《急性肺血栓栓塞诊断治疗指南》标准，经 CT 肺动脉造影 (CTPA) 检查确诊； 2.所有住院患者均具备所需的完整的检验及检查结果； 3.已经签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.The diagnosis was in accordance with the " Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Thromboembolism " of the Respiratory Disease Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the " Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pulmonary Thromboembolism " of the European Society of Cardiology ( ESC ) in 2014, and was confirmed by CT pulmonary angiography ( CTPA ); 2. All hospitalized patients have the required complete test and test results ; 3.Informed consent has been signed.

排除标准：

1.入院前已经确诊为 PE 患者； 2.入院时已经存在 PE 相关症状，疑诊为 PE，入院后确诊 PE 的患者； 3.临床资料不完善患者； 4.CTPA 图像显示不理想，不能确诊或排除 PE 患者； 5.入院时已经存在肝衰竭、肾衰竭、心力衰竭等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have been diagnosed with PE before admission; 2. Patients who already have PE-related symptoms at the time of admission, are suspected to be PE, and are diagnosed with PE after admission; 3. Patients with incomplete clinical data; 4. The CTPA image display is unsatisfactory and cannot confirm or exclude PE patients; 5. Liver failure, kidney failure, heart failure, etc.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.数据录入 团队成员根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。经过监察员审核、签字后的调查表应及时送交临床研究数据管理员，储存于广东医科大学科研大数据平台。 录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对，期间若发现问题及时通知团队成员，团队成员根据实际情况做出回答。他们之间的各种疑问及解答的交换应当采用疑问表形式，疑问表应保存备查。 2.数据核查和管理的内容和方式 当所有病例报告表经双份输入并核对无误后，由数据管理员写出数据库检查报告，其内容包括研究完成情况、入选/排除标准检查、完整性检查、逻辑一致性检查、不良事件检查等。 在审核会议上，由主要研究者、申办单位代表、监查员、数据管理员和统计人员对受试者签署知情同意书、数据库检查报告中提出的问题做出决议，写出审核报告，数据库同时将被锁定。 3.数据存档 病例报告表在按要求完成数据录入和核查后，按编号的顺序归档保存，并填有检索目录等，以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等，应分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Data entry Based on the subject's original observational records, the team members loaded the data into the case report form in a timely, complete, correct, and clear manner. The questionnaire after being reviewed and signed by the supervisor shall be sent to the clinical research data administrator in a timely manner and stored on the scientific research big data platform of Guangdong Medical University. The entry adopts the corresponding database system for two-person and dual-machine entry, and then compares the database twice, during which the team members will be notified in time if any problems are found, and the team members will answer according to the actual situation. The exchange of questions and answers between them shall be in the form of a questionnaire, which shall be kept for future reference. 2. The content and method of data verification and management When all case report forms are entered in double copies and checked correctly, the data manager will write a database check report, which includes study completion, inclusion/exclusion criteria check, completeness check, logical consistency check, adverse event check, etc. At the review meeting, the principal investigator, the representative of the sponsor, the monitor, the data administrator and the statistician will make a decision on the issues raised in the informed consent form and the database inspection report signed by the subjects, and write the audit report, and the database will be locked at the same time. 3. Data Archiving After completing the data entry and verification as required, the case report form shall be archived and stored in the order of number, and the search directory shall be filled in for future reference. Electronic data files include databases, inspection procedures, analysis procedures, analysis results, code books and instruction files, etc., which should be stored in a classified manner, and multiple backups should be stored on different disks or recording media, and should be properly stored to prevent damage. All original archives shall be kept for the period specified in the corresponding regulations.
