研究目的：

评估西罗莫司胶囊在肌酐异常的肝移植、肾移植受者中对肾功的改善作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Assess the improvement of renal function among liver/kidney transplant with abnormal creatinine level by adding sirolimus to the immunosuppressive regimen

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 18-75周岁成年男性或女性； 2) 首次接受肝移植或者肾移植的患者； 3) 对于肾移植受体，肾功能肌酐值>133 mmol/L； 4) 对于肝移植受体，肾功能肌酐值>正常检测值上限 5) 此前未使用西罗莫司 6) 签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18-75 adult male and female 2. First time to receive liver transplantation or kidney transplantation 3. For kidney transplantation, Creatinine > 133mmol/L 4. For liver transplantation, Creatinine > upper limit of normal 5. No history of sirolimus 6. Signed informed consent

排除标准：

1) 多器官联合移植患者； 2) 既往对西罗莫司及其衍生品过敏的患者； 3) 最佳医疗管理难以治愈的高脂血症：胆固醇（TG）>300 mg/dL；甘油三酯（TC）>350 mg/dL； 4) 严重的系统或局部感染患者； 5) 已知的HIV感染患者； 6) 血小板小于75000/立方毫米； 7) 有生育计划的女性； 8) 入组前以及入组期间不得使用影响肌酐检测准确性的药物，如羟苯磺酸钙胶囊、酚磺乙胺； 9) 蛋白尿>0.8g/天。

Exclusion criteria：

1. multiple organ transplantation 2. Patients with previous allergies to sirolimus and its derivatives 3. (TG)>300 mg/dL;(TC)>350 mg/dL 4. Severe local or systemic infection 5. Known HIV infection 6. Platelet < 75000/ml 7. Women with family plan 8. No use of drug that could affect the test result of creatinine, such as calcium dobesilate capsules and phenethylamine 9. proteinuria>0.8g/day
