研究目的：

探讨腔内射频消融和激光消融治疗下肢静脉曲张的安全性和有效性，通过前瞻性、多中心、随机对照临床研究，对下肢静脉曲张患者经超声引导下射频消融对比激光消融（≥980nm）治疗的短期术后并发症、中长期疗效等方面进行探索和评价。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and effectiveness of intracavitary radiofrequency ablation and laser ablation in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities. Through a prospective, multicenter, randomized controlled clinical study, the short-term postoperative complications and medium - and long-term efficacy of ultrasus-guided radiofrequency ablation compared with laser ablation (≥980nm) in patients with varicose veins of lower extremities were explored and evaluated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经彩色多普勒超声检查，明确诊断为原发性下肢静脉曲张；
2.年龄18～75周岁，性别不限；
3.CEAP分级C2～C6；
4.曲张大隐静脉主干 4mm≤直径≤16 mm，深静脉通畅；
5.浅静脉主干走行无严重迂曲；
6.预期生存期≥1 年；
7.可耐受手术；
8.无精神性疾病；
9.主要器官功能正常，符合下列标准:（1）血常规检查：（a）血红蛋白（HB）≥90 g/L；(b) 白细胞（ANC）≥1.5×109/L；(c)血小板（PLT）≥60×109/L；（2）生化检查:（a)白蛋白（ALB）≥29 g/L; (b) 谷丙转氨酶（ALT）和谷草转氨酶（AST）<5ULN；总胆红素（TBIL）≤50umol/L；肌酐≤1.5ULN；
10.无麻醉过敏史者；
11.同意参加本研究，并自愿签署知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.By color Doppler ultrasonography, the diagnosis was confirmed as primary varicose veins of lower limbs.
2.Age 18-75 years old, gender is not limited;
3.CEAP classification C2 ~ C6;
4.The main trunk of the varicose saphenous vein is 4mm≤ 16 mm in diameter, and the deep vein is smooth;
5.The main superficial vein ran without serious tortuosity.
6.Expected survival ≥1 year;
7.Can tolerate surgery;
8.No mental disease;
9.The major organs function normally and meet the following criteria: (1) Blood routine examination: (a) Hemoglobin (HB) ≥90 g/L; (b) White blood cell (ANC) ≥1.5×109/L; (c) Platelet (PLT) ≥60×109/L; (2) Biochemical examination: (a) albumin (ALB) ≥29 g/L; (b) Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) <5ULN; Total bilirubin (TBIL) ≤50umol/L; Creatinine ≤1.5ULN;
10.No history of anaesthesia;
11.Patients who agreed to participate in the study and voluntarily signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并下肢DVT（深静脉血栓形成）；
2.大隐静脉主干内急性血栓形成；
3.髂静脉受压综合征；
4.超声下靶病变血管前壁与皮肤的距离小于0.5cm；
5.靶病变血管既往接受过手术治疗者；
6.超声显示罕见的大隐静脉扭曲；
7.未纠正的凝血功能障碍；
8.心脏彩超检查值未在正常值范围，提示有严重的心脏异常；
9.有DVT复发或肺栓塞病史，伴有局部或全身性感染；
10.有血栓性浅静脉炎病史进而导致大隐静脉部分梗阻；
11.卧床制动；
12.Carprini 评分≥5 分；
13.妊娠或哺乳期；
14.糖尿病微循环病变；
15.正在参加其它器械或药物临床研究；
16.研究者判断不适合参加该临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with DVT (deep vein thrombosis) of lower extremity;
2.Acute thrombosis in the main saphenous vein;
3.Iliac vein compression syndrome;
4.The distance between the anterior wall of the target vessel and the skin under ultrasound was less than 0.5cm.
5.Patients who had previously received surgical treatment for the target vascular lesion;
6.The ultrasound revealed a rare distortion of the great saphenous vein;
7.uncorrected coagulation dysfunction;
8.The value of heart color ultrasound is not in the normal range, indicating serious heart abnormality.
9.A history of recurrent DVT or pulmonary embolism with local or systemic infection;
10.A history of superficial thrombophlebitis leading to partial obstruction of the great saphenous vein;
11.Bed rest braking;
12.Carprini score ≥5 points;
13.Pregnancy or lactation;
14.Diabetic microcirculatory disease;
15.Participating in clinical studies of other devices or drugs;
16.The investigator judged that participation in the clinical study was not appropriate.
