研究目的：

观察经皮耳部迷走神经电刺激对卒中后疲劳患者的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of percutaneous vagus nerve stimulation on patients with post-stroke fatigue.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合脑卒中诊断标准，且经头颅CT或MRI证实为首次、单侧发病； 2）生命体征稳定，意识清楚； 3）符合PSF的诊断标准；疲劳严重程度量表 ≥4分； 4）病程＞2周； 5）年龄18-80岁； 6）患者知晓并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1 ) Conform to the diagnostic criteria of stroke, and confirmed by head CT or MRI for the first time, unilateral disease ; 2 ) Stable vital signs and clear consciousness ; 3 ) meet the diagnostic criteria of PSF ; fatigue Severity Scale ≥ 4 points ; 4 ) course of disease > 2 weeks ; 5 ) aged 18-80 years ; 6 ) Patients knew and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1）生命体征尚不稳定，有进展型脑卒中；2）癫痫发作者；3）体内有金属植入； 4）有严重内脏疾病或肿瘤病史；5）有严重精神疾病；6）患者家属不签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1 ) Vital signs are not stable, progressive stroke ; 2 ) epilepsy authors ; 3) have metal implants in the body; 4 ) have a history of severe visceral disease or cancer ; 5 ) have serious mental illness ; 6 ) Patients ' families do not sign the informed consent.
