研究目的：

探索儿童神经源性膀胱上尿路损害的危险因素，初步构建PNB上尿路损害风险预警模型，为临床上预防儿童神经源性膀胱上尿路损害提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the risk factors of neurogenic bladder upper urinary tract damage in children, and to establish a risk warning model of PNB upper urinary tract damage, which can provide reference for clinical prevention of neurogenic bladder upper urinary tract damage in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 2024年7月之前就诊于四川大学华西医院的神经源性膀胱（neurogenic bladder，NB）患儿。 2. 已完成尿动力学检查的NB患儿。 3. 患儿年龄≤18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children with neurogenic bladder (NB) treated in West China Hospital of Sichuan University before July 2024. 2. NB children who have completed urodynamic examination. 3. The age of the child was ≤18 years old.

排除标准：

1. 临床资料不完善或缺失。 2. 患儿同时患有其他严重疾病或精神/心理疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Clinical data are incomplete or missing. 2.The child also suffers from other serious diseases or mental/psychological diseases.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集于医院电子系统包括患儿的一般人口学资料和尿动力学检查结果等其他检查结果，采集完毕的数据由研究者导入excel保存管理。
