研究目的:

1.初步探索基于脑-机-肌电耦联的手部外骨骼康复训练系统对脑卒中偏瘫患者手功能康复的干预疗效; 2.初步探索基于脑-肌电联合解码的“意图识别-运动辅助”重建脑卒中后瘫痪肢体功能的中枢-外周神经可塑性机制。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Preliminary exploration of the intervention efficacy of a hand exoskeleton rehabilitation training system based on EEG-EMG coupling for hand function recovery in stroke patients with hemiplegia. 2. Preliminary exploration of the central-peripheral neural plasticity mechanisms in reconstructing paralyzed limb function post-stroke through "intention recognition-movement assistance" based on EEG-EMG joint decoding.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1 符合脑卒中(脑梗死/脑出血)诊断标准; 2 年龄≥18周岁且≤80周岁,性别不限; 3 发病时间在两周以上且一年以内; 4 右利手; 5 认知功能正常(MMSE在不同文化水平对应临界值以上); 6 可耐受1-2小时的治疗; 7 存在手运动功能障碍; 8 理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke (ischemic/hemorrhagic stroke); 2. Age ≥ 18 years and ≤ 80 years, no gender restrictions; 3. Onset of stroke between two weeks and one year prior; 4. Right-handed; 5. Normal cognitive function (MMSE score above the threshold for the corresponding educational level); 6. Able to tolerate 1-2 hours of treatment; 7. Presence of hand motor function impairment; 8. Understands, agrees to participate in this study, and signs the informed consent form.

排除标准:

1 体内外有神经调控禁忌植入物(患者体内有铁磁性植入物,心脏起搏器等); 2 有癫痫病史,精神类疾病,或其他有严重认知、情绪功能障碍的疾病等; 3其他影响肢体活动的疾病或因素,如:骨折,严重的关节炎,截肢等; 4 近1月内有使用影响中枢神经兴奋性的药物史; 5 妊娠期或哺乳期女性等。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Presence of contraindicated neural modulation implants in or on the body (e.g., ferromagnetic implants, pacemakers, etc.); 2. History of epilepsy, mental disorders, or other diseases with severe cognitive or emotional dysfunction; 3. Other conditions or factors affecting limb movement, such as fractures, severe arthritis, amputation, etc.; 4. History of using drugs that affect central nervous system excitability within the past month; 5. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
