评估ARDS患者肺可复张性与炎症表型的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the correlation between pulmonary reexpansibility and inflammatory phenotype in ARDS patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥ 16岁；
2.诊断为中度或重度ARDS（动脉血氧分压与吸入氧浓度之比，PaO2/ FiO2≤200mmHg）（2023年ARDS新定义）；
3.有创机械通气；
4.留置有创动脉导管；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 16 years;
2.Diagnosed with moderate or severe ARDS (ratio of arterial partial pressure of oxygen to inhaled oxygen concentration, PaO2/ FiO2≤200mmHg) (new definition of ARDS in 2023);
3.Invasive mechanical ventilation;
4.Indwelling an invasive arterial catheter;

排除标准：

1.气胸；
2.血流动力学不稳定（最近6小时内血管加压药增加>30％或去甲肾上腺素>0.5μg/kg/min）；
3.根据《全球慢性阻塞性肺疾病倡议》标准，严重或非常严重的COPD；
4.临床怀疑颅内压升高>18mmHg；

Exclusion criteria：

1.pneumothorax;
2.Hemodynamic instability (increased vasopressors within the last 6 hours) 30% or noradrenaline >
0.5μg/kg/min);
3.Severe or very severe COPD according to the Global COPD Initiative criteria;
4.Clinically suspected elevated intracranial pressure >
18mmHg;
