对针对分手群体研发的以自我关怀为中心的表达性写作干预方案的效果及作用机制进行科学评价。  

Objectives of Study：

A scientific evaluation of the effectiveness and mechanisms of action of a self-compassion-centered expressive writing intervention program developed for breakup groups.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年满18周岁； (2)分手事件发生在6个月内； (3)能通过手机或电脑上网。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18 years or over; (2) The breakup occurred within six months; (3) Have access to the Internet via cell phone or computer.

排除标准：

1.重性精神疾病； 2.物质滥用； 3.高自杀或自伤风险； 4.正在接受系统心理干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe mental illness; 2. Substance abuse; 3. High risk of suicide or self-harm; 4. Receiving systematic psychological intervention.
