研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探究面部识别疼痛、衰落、营养状况等在胸外科患者预后（包括短期转归）预测中的价值； 2. 次要目的：面部识别在肺癌手术并发症预测，在长期生存方面的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To explore the value of facial recognition in predicting the prognosis (including short-term outcome) of thoracic surgery patients with pain, decline and nutritional status; 2. Secondary purpose: The predictive value of facial recognition in predicting lung cancer surgical complications and long-term survival.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄：≥18 岁; （2）手术:计划行胸外科手术;美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)风险等级 I-II 级; （3）知情同意:理解操作流程并能正常沟通;签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age: ≥18 years old; (2) Surgery: Thoracic surgery is planned; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Risk Level I-II; (3) Informed consent: understand the operation process and be able to communicate normally; Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）健康状况：严重或不稳定的精神疾病(重度抑郁或精神分裂等);严重或不稳定的躯体疾病(心脏衰竭、肝脏衰竭、脑卒中等);妊娠或哺乳期妇女(18-55 岁女性都要做尿妊娠试验)。 （2）免疫功能：患有自身免疫病;接受非针对肺癌的免疫疗法(不包括疫苗);接受糖皮质激素等免疫抑制治疗。 （3）其它：术后病理诊断为肺部良性病变;合并有其它部位原发性肿瘤的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Health status: severe or unstable mental illness (major depression or schizophrenia, etc.); Serious or unstable physical disease (heart failure, liver failure, stroke, etc.); Pregnant or lactating women Women (all women aged 18-55 should have a urine pregnancy test). (2) Immune function: suffering from autoimmune diseases; Receiving non-lung cancer immunotherapy (excluding vaccines); Receive immunosuppressive therapy such as glucocorticoids. (3) Others: postoperative pathological diagnosis of benign lung lesions; Patients with other primary tumors.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据管理方法 ①数据收集与存储： 数据将通过面部识别设备、问卷调查、营养数据采集等途径进行收集。 所有设备均经过校准和测试，确保数据收集的准确性和一致性。 数据收集过程中将严格遵守知情同意原则，确保参与者了解数据的用途和处理方法。 收集的数据将存储在一个安全的、加密的数据库中，其使用符合行业标准的加密算法（如AES-256）进行数据加密，并且该数据库为离线脱网储存，设备由专门人员进行保管。 数据备份将在离线和异地进行，以防止数据丢失和意外灾害。 ②数据访问控制： 只有经过授权的研究人员才能访问数据库，授权过程包括身份验证和权限分配。 使用角色分配机制，将研究团队成员划分为不同角色（如数据录入员、分析员等），并根据角色分配不同的访问权限。 所有数据访问活动将记录在日志中，日志记录包括访问者身份、访问时间、访问内容等，以便于安全审计和溯源。 ③数据处理与分析： 数据处理和分析将在受控环境中进行，确保数据处理的安全性和完整性。 数据在处理和分析过程中将进行匿名化处理，确保无法通过分析结果识别个体参与者。 使用虚拟化技术，提供隔离的分析环境，防止数据泄露。 ④隐私保护措施： 在数据收集后立即对参与者的个人信息进行匿名化处理，使用唯一标识符代替参与者身份信息。 去标识化数据将与原始数据分开存储，防止通过数据逆向推导出个人身份。 所有参与数据管理和分析的人员必须签署隐私协议，承诺遵守隐私保护政策。 定期开展隐私保护和数据安全培训，提高研究团队成员的安全意识和技能。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data management methods ① Data collection and storage: Data will be collected through facial recognition devices, questionnaires, nutrition data collection, etc. All equipment is calibrated and tested to ensure accuracy and consistency of data collection. The data collection process will strictly comply with the principle of informed consent to ensure that participants understand the purpose and processing of the data. The collected data will be stored in a secure, encrypted database using industry-standard encryption algorithms such as AES-256, which will be stored offline, and the equipment will be kept by dedicated personnel. Data backup will be carried out offline and off-site to prevent data loss and unexpected disasters. ② Data access control: Only authorized researchers can access the database, and the authorization process includes authentication and permission assignment. Use role assignment mechanism to divide research team members into different roles (such as data entry clerk, analyst, etc.) and assign different access rights according to their roles. All data access activities will be recorded in a log, including visitor identity, access time, access content, etc., for easy security audit and traceability. ③ Data processing and analysis: Data processing and analysis will take place in a controlled environment, ensuring the security and integrity of data processing. Data will be anonymized during processing and analysis to ensure that individual participants cannot be identified through analysis results. Use virtualization technology to provide an isolated analysis environment and prevent data breaches. ④ Privacy protection measures: The personal information of participants is anonymized immediately after data collection, using a unique identifier instead of the participant's identity information. De-identified data will be stored separately from the original data, preventing the backward derivation of personal identity through data. All personnel involved in data management and analysis must sign a privacy agreement, committing to abide by the Privacy protection policy. Conduct regular privacy protection and data security training to improve the security awareness and skills of research team members.
