研究目的：

探讨缺血性心脑血管病的中医四诊信息分布规律，揭示不同证型的对应证素及症状表现，为规范中医证候诊断提供临床依据。并通过探讨各病中医证候分布的共性规律与个性差异，进一步加深对其共性病机及其病机差异的认识，以期为中医临床诊疗提供辨证思路，提升中医辨证论治水平。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the distribution pattern of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis information for ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, revealing the corresponding syndrome elements and symptom manifestations of different syndrome types, and providing clinical basis for standardizing traditional Chinese medicine syndrome diagnosis. And by exploring the common patterns and individual differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes of various diseases, we can further deepen our understanding of their common pathogenesis and differences, in order to provide dialectical thinking for TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment, and improve the level of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、脑梗死的纳入标准： （1）明确诊断为脑梗死者； （2）年龄在40岁以上； （3）住院电子病历系统或纸质病历材料能查询到完整信息者； （4）具有中医四诊信息和辨证者。 2、心肌梗死的纳入标准： （1）明确诊断为心肌梗死者； （2）年龄40岁以上； （3）住院电子病历系统或纸质病历材料能查询到完整信息者； （4）具有中医四诊信息和辨证者。 3、急性脑梗死继发脑心综合征的纳入标准： （1）急性脑梗死诊断明确者； （2）既往无心脏病病史(心脏瓣膜病、先心病、心肌病、心律失常、心力衰竭和冠心病)； （3）出现继发性心脏损害表现，包括以下任意一项指标异常：①心电图改变；②心肌酶谱异常；③急性心力衰竭甚至肺水肿；④心肌缺血甚至心肌梗死。 （4）年龄在40岁以上； （5）住院电子病历系统或纸质病历材料能查询到完整信息者； （6）具有中医四诊信息和辨证者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for cerebral infarction: (1) Confirmed diagnosis of cerebral infarction in the deceased; (2) Age over 40 years old; (3) Inpatient electronic medical record systems or paper medical record materials that can provide complete information; (4) Individuals with information on traditional Chinese medicine's four diagnostic methods and syndrome differentiation. Inclusion criteria for myocardial infarction: (1) Clearly diagnosed as myocardial infarction; (2) Age over 40 years old; (3) Inpatient electronic medical record systems or paper medical record materials that can provide complete information; (4) Individuals with information on traditional Chinese medicine's four diagnostic methods and syndrome differentiation. Inclusion criteria for secondary cerebral heart syndrome in acute cerebral infarction: (1) Patients with clear diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction; (2) No prior history of heart disease (valvular disease, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, heart failure, and coronary heart disease); (3) The appearance of secondary cardiac damage, including abnormalities in any of the following indicators: ① electrocardiogram changes; ② Abnormal myocardial enzyme spectrum; ③ Acute heart failure and even pulmonary edema; ④ Myocardial ischemia or even myocardial infarction. (4) Age over 40 years old; (5) Inpatient electronic medical record systems or paper medical record materials that can provide complete information; (6) Individuals with information on traditional Chinese medicine's four diagnostic methods and syndrome differentiation.

排除标准：

1、脑梗死的排除标准 （1）排除经检查证实为脑部肿瘤、脑外伤、脑寄生虫病、代谢障碍引起的卒中患者； （2）排除合并脑出血者； （3）排除妊娠或哺乳期妇女、精神病者。 2、心肌梗死的排除标准 （1）排除经检查证实为其他心脏疾病、重度神经官能症、更年期症候群、甲亢、颈椎病、胆心病、胃及食管反流等所致胸痛者； （2）排除妊娠或哺乳期妇女、精神病者 3 、急性脑梗死继发脑心综合征的排除标准 （1）排除经检查证实为脑部肿瘤、脑外伤、脑寄生虫病、代谢障碍引起的卒中患者； （2）伴电解质紊乱、甲状腺功能异常等可能引起心电图异常者； （3）排除合并脑出血者； （4）排除妊娠或哺乳期妇女、精神病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for cerebral infarction (1) Exclude stroke patients confirmed by examination to be caused by brain tumors, brain trauma, brain parasitic diseases, and metabolic disorders; (2) Excluding those with concurrent cerebral hemorrhage; (3) Exclude pregnant or lactating women and individuals with mental illness. Exclusion criteria for myocardial infarction (1) Excluding those who have been confirmed by examination to have chest pain caused by other heart diseases, severe neurosis, menopausal syndrome, hyperthyroidism, cervical spondylosis, gallbladder heart disease, gastric and esophageal reflux, etc; (2) Excluding pregnant or lactating women and mentally ill individuals Exclusion criteria for secondary cerebral cardiac syndrome in acute cerebral infarction (1) Exclude stroke patients confirmed by examination to be caused by brain tumors, brain trauma, brain parasitic diseases, and metabolic disorders; (2) Individuals with electrolyte disorders, thyroid dysfunction, and other possible causes of electrocardiogram abnormalities; (3) Excluding those with concurrent cerebral hemorrhage; (4) Exclude pregnant or lactating women and individuals with mental illness.
