研究目的：

1、明确间断喂养和持续喂养对重症患者胃肠激素的影响； 2、探讨间断喂养和持续喂养对重症患者胃肠功能、代谢、营养、感染等方面的不同影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the effects of intermittent and continuous feeding on gastrointestinal hormones in severe patients; 2. To explore the different effects of intermittent feeding and continuous feeding on gastrointestinal function, metabolism, nutrition, infection and other aspects in severe patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄介于18-80岁之间; 2)ICU重症病人(APACHE Ⅱ评分≥15分); 3)入组患者均无法经口进食, 且能接受肠内营养, 适合鼻胃管鼻饲; 4)预计入住ICU时间 ≥7天。

Inclusion criteria

1) Between 18 and 80 years old; 2) ICU critically ill patients (APACHE Ⅱ score ≥15 points); 3) All enrolled patients could not eat orally and could accept enteral nutrition, which was suitable for nasogastric tube feeding; 4) Expected ICU stay ≥7 days.

排除标准：

1)肠内营养液能全力不耐受的患者; 2)临床要求禁食的患者, 如消化道穿孔?出血?肠瘘?肠梗阻等; 3)入住ICU 24-48h经治疗后血流动力学不稳定的患者, 参考指标:在排除低血容量的情况下, 需要应用较大剂量血管活性药物(如去甲肾上腺素≥0.02ug/kg.min)以维持平均动脉压≥65mmHg, 或血乳酸≥4mmol/L。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with intolerance to enteral nutrient solution; 2) Patients requiring clinical fasting, such as digestive tract perforation, bleeding, intestinal fistula, intestinal obstruction, etc.; 3) For hemodynamic unstable patients admitted to ICU for 24 to 48 hours after treatment, reference indicators: in the absence of hypovolemia, high dose of vasoactive drugs (such as norepinephrine ≥0.02ug/kg.min) should be applied to maintain mean arterial pressure ≥65mmHg, or blood lactic acid ≥4mmol/L.

这是一项前瞻性随机对照研究。本研究使用Excel将符合纳入标准的患者按ICU入院顺序随机分组，随机分为间断喂养组(A组) 和持续喂养组(B组)。

This is a prospective randomized controlled study. In this study, patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned by ICU admission order using Excel, and were randomly divided into intermittent feeding group (group A) and continuous feeding group (group B).
