探讨在经导管心胸手术（包括TAVI、二尖瓣置换/修复、三尖瓣置换/修复、肺动脉置换/修复、封堵术）中使用超声-X 射线融合图像的临床益处： ① 评估术中影像融合的准确性 ② 评估术中影像融合的实时性  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this collaboration project is to explore the clinical benefit of using ultrasound-X-ray fused images during transcatheter cardiothoracic procedures (including but not limited to TAVI, mitral valve replacement/repair, tricuspid valve replacement/repair, pulmonary valve replacement/repair and anatomic leakage closure): ① To evaluate the accuracy of fused images ② To evaluate the real-time performance of image fusion

纳入标准：

经诊断需要进行经导管心胸手术的病人： ① TAVI ② 二尖瓣置换/修复 ③ 三尖瓣置换/修复 ④ 肺动脉瓣置换/修复 ⑤ 封堵术

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with the need for transcatheter cardiothoracic procedures: ? TAVI ? Mitral valve replacement/repair ? Tricuspid valve replacement/repair ? Pulmonary valve replacement/repair ? Anatomic leakage closure

排除标准：

① 患者18周岁以下 ② 碘化造影剂过敏，肾功能不全 ③ 孕妇 ④ 不能接受经食道超声

Exclusion criteria：

① Age under 18 years old ② Contraindications to safe administration of iodinated contrast material, renal insufficiency ③ Pregnant patients ④ Unable to perform TEE examination
