以往对于应用MRI预测胶质瘤分子病理的研究已有不小的突破,但目前研究多集中在单个分子病理指标(如IDH突变)、单中心小样本的回顾性研究,缺乏基于多中心大样本前瞻性研究建立的预测多个分子病理指标及预后的模型,缺少对新的分子病理指标预测,现脑胶质瘤领域主要存在及亟待解决的科学和临床问题包括:(1)如何能准确自动识别和分割脑胶质瘤,(2)如何建立模型应用常规MRI影像以及MRI新技术术前无创准确预测多项核心分子病理指标,(3)能否综合临床、MRI和分子病理指标建立综合模型判断患者预后,指导精准治疗。这些问题的解决对于早期准确诊断胶质瘤,针对分子病理指标开展针对性精准治疗和判断预后有着极其重要的科学和临床意义,是现在国际研究的热点和难点问题。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Previous research on using MRI to predict glioma pathology has made significant progress, but current studies are mostly focused on single molecular pathology indicators (such as IDH mutation) or small retrospective studies at single centers, lacking a model based on multicenter prospective studies and multiple molecular pathology indicators to predict prognosis. There is a lack of research on new molecular pathology indicators. Currently, the main scientific and clinical issues in the field of brain glioma include: (1) how to accurately and automatically identify and segment brain glioma; (2) how to establish a model to use conventional MRI imaging and new MRI technologies to predict multiple core molecular pathology indicators noninvasively and accurately preoperatively; (3) whether comprehensive models can be established by combining clinical, MRI, and molecular pathology indicators to predict patient prognosis and guide precision treatment. Solving these problems is of great scientific and clinical significance for accurately diagnosing glioma at an early stage, targeted precision treatment based on molecular pathology indicators, and predicting prognosis, which are currently hot and difficult research topics in the international community. |
