主要目的：评估不同AI模型在皮肤病及关键辅助检查的诊断中的准确性和可靠性。 次要目的：探讨AI在皮肤病在检查建议、治疗和患者教育中的应用效果。分析AI技术应用在皮肤科中的潜在风险和挑战。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To evaluate the accuracy and reliability of different AI models in the diagnosis of dermatology and key auxiliary tests. Secondary objective: To explore the application effect of AI in dermatology in examination recommendation, treatment and patient education. Analyze the potential risks and challenges of AI technology application in dermatology.

纳入标准：

1.皮肤病变明显； 2.能够提供明确的诊断记录； 3.愿意参与研究并签署知情同意书； 4.有病理等辅助检查的结果； 5.有皮肤病变及病理、皮肤镜和真菌学的高清图像资料。

Inclusion criteria

1. Obvious skin lesions; 2. Clear diagnostic records; 3. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 4. Results of auxiliary examinations such as pathology; 5. There are high-definition image data of skin lesions and pathology, dermoscopy and mycology.

排除标准：

1.不愿意参与研究者。 2.患者有严重的系统性疾病，影响研究结果的准确性。 3.无法提供完整诊断记录或其他影响研究结果的患者。 4.诊断记录不全或图像资料不清晰的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unwilling to participate in researchers. 2. The patient had serious systemic disease, which affected the accuracy of the study results. 3. Patients who are unable to provide a complete diagnostic record or otherwise influence the study results. 4. Diagnose cases with incomplete records or unclear image data.
