研究目的：

1、基于《灵枢·厥病》刺法治疗头痛的临床优势 2、头痛症状分型和部位分型的差异化特点  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clinical advantages of headache treatment based on lingshu Jue Disease 2. Differentiation characteristics of headache symptom classification and site classification

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合西医中偏头痛和紧张型头痛的诊断标准，以及中医中头风病的诊断标准： （2）年龄在18-70周岁； （3）正处于头痛发作期，VAS评分大于3分； （4）治疗前3个月未服用预防性药物; （5）能够接受本研究的治疗方法并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for migraine and tension headache in Western medicine, as well as for headache in Traditional Chinese medicine; (2) Age: 18-70 years old; (3) It is in the period of headache attack, and the VAS score is greater than 3 points; (4) Did not take preventive drugs for the 3 months before the treatment; (5) Be able to accept the treatment method of this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）因脑血管疾病、脑外伤后遗症、脑内存在器质性病变引起的头痛患者； （2）合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病及精神病患者； （3）有传染性疾病患者； （4）妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with headache caused by cerebrovascular diseases, sequelae of brain trauma, and organic lesions in the brain; (2) Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and mental illness; (3) patients with infectious diseases; (4) Pregnant or lactating women.
