研究目的：

收集痉挛型脑瘫患者腰骶段选择性脊神经后根切断术（SPR）术前术后头颅核磁的图像，观察脑瘫患者术前术后脑微结构的差异并分析与肢体功能障碍的关联，为脑瘫治疗提供新的思路，为进一步改进术式提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Collect preoperative and postoperative cranial magnetic resonance images of patients with spastic cerebral palsy undergoing selective posterior rhizotomy (SPR) of the lumbar sacral segment, observe the differences in brain microstructure before and after surgery in cerebral palsy patients, and analyze the correlation with limb dysfunction, providing new ideas for the treatment of cerebral palsy and theoretical basis for further improving the surgical procedure.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断年龄符合:4 周岁≤年龄≤18 岁，性别不限; （2）符合痉挛型双瘫的脑瘫诊断; （3）肢体伴有肢体运动障碍; （4）受试者生命体征稳定，神志清楚，能够配合检测; （5）签署知情同意书，自愿参与本试验。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnosis age: 4 years old ≤ age ≤ 18 years old, gender not limited; (2) Diagnosis of cerebral palsy consistent with spastic biparesis; (3) Limbs accompanied by limb movement disorders; (4) The subject's vital signs are stable, their consciousness is clear, and they are able to cooperate with the testing; (5) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this experiment.

排除标准：

(1)既往肢体手术病史; (2)近半年注射肉毒素或口服解痉药物病史; (3)近半年有脑血管疾病病史; (4)认知障碍或明显视觉问题; (5)因各类原因导致相关观察指标收集不全者; (6)过敏体质者，依从性差或有精神障碍无法配合本研究者。 如果存在以上任何一项情况者，也不能纳入研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of previous limb surgeries; (2) History of injecting botulinum toxin or taking oral antispasmodic drugs in the past six months; (3) History of cerebrovascular disease in the past six months; (4) Cognitive impairment or obvious visual problems; (5) Those who have incomplete collection of relevant observation indicators due to various reasons; (6) Individuals with allergies, poor compliance, or mental disorders who are unable to cooperate with this study. If any of the above situations exist, they cannot be included in the study.
