研究目的：

筛选能作为食管鳞状细胞癌预测性标志物的瘤内细菌，进一步研究其在食管鳞状细胞癌发生发展中的作用；探索目标菌群在食管l鳞状细胞癌中发挥功能的具体分子机制，寻找食管鳞状细胞癌新的潜在治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

To screen the intratumoral bacteria that can be used as predictive markers of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and further study their role in the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. To explore the specific molecular mechanism of the function of target flora in esophageal l squamous cell carcinoma, and find new potential therapeutic targets for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊为食管鳞状细胞癌的患者；2.拟行食管癌根治术的患者；3.签署手术剩余标本实验研究知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma; 2. Patients who plan to undergo radical resection of esophageal cancer; 3. Patients who signed the informed consent for experimental study of the remaining surgical specimens.

排除标准：

1.18岁以下及90岁以上患者；2.术前确诊合并其他部位恶性肿瘤的患者；3.身体状况不适合手术的患者；4.非川渝地区患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients under 18 years old and over 90 years old; 2. Preoperative diagnosis of patients with malignant tumors of other sites; 3. Patients whose physical condition is not suitable for surgery; 4. Patients not from Sichuan and Chongqing areas.
