评价铜绿假单胞菌注射液预防肝切除术后胆漏、减少术后引流的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of Pseudomonas aeruginosa injection in preventing bile leakage and reducing postoperative drainage after hepatectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄18岁-70岁，性别不限； ② 无严重心、肺、肝、肾功能障碍； ③ 未伴有其他脏器恶性肿瘤或肝癌转移； ④ 术中仅行肝部分切除； ⑤ 获得患者自愿签署的知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age of 18-70 years old, regardless of gender; ② No severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction; ③ no other organ malignant tumor or liver cancer metastasis; ④ only partial hepatectomy was performed during operation; ⑤ Informed consent was obtained from patients voluntarily.

排除标准：

① 年龄＜18岁或＞70岁； ② 术中行胆道重建术； ③ 术后伴有腹腔出血等严重并发症； ④ 有过敏史； ⑤ 术中联合脏器切除； ⑥ 有长期服用激素病史患者； ⑦ 有免疫缺陷患者； ⑧ 临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

① Age < 18 years old or > 70 years old; ② Intraoperative biliary reconstruction; ③ postoperative abdominal bleeding and other serious complications; ④ a history of allergy; ⑤ Combined organ resection; ⑥ patients with a history of long-term use of hormones; ⑦ Patients with immunodeficiency; (8) Incomplete clinical data.

Partial hepatectomy was performed. Before closing the abdomen, 2-5ml PA-MSHA was dripped into the liver section through a 0.6cm diameter infusion tube at a constant rate of 60 drops/min. The tube was flushed with 1ml normal saline, and a plasma drainage tube was placed.
