研究目的：

1. 通过纳入行ICSI助孕且符合纳入标准的不孕症患者，观察不同脱颗粒后ICSI时间间隔对实验室结局，临床妊娠结局的影响 2.探索最佳脱颗粒后ICSI时间，优化辅助生殖技术，以帮助更多不孕症患者获得更好的ICSI结局。 3.收集患者的废弃配子、卵泡液和培养液，进行转录组学和蛋白组学检测，探索相关机制并寻找对应策略，最终为临床指导提供可靠依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the effects of different time intervals of ICSI after denudation on laboratory outcomes and clinical pregnancy outcomes by including infertility patients who underwent ICSI and met the inclusion criteria. 2. Explore the optimal time for ICSI after denudation and optimize assisted reproduction techniques to help more infertile patients achieve better ICSI outcomes. 3. Collecting discarded gametes, follicular fluid, and culture fluid from patients for transcriptomics and proteomics testing, to explore the related mechanisms and find corresponding strategies, ultimately providing a reliable basis for clinical guidance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄：年龄在18至35周岁女性患者； （2）选择进行ICSI的不孕症患者； （3）获卵数≥20枚 （4）自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age: Female patients aged 18 to 35 years; (2) Infertile patients who choose to undergo ICSI; (3) Obtaining ≥20 oocytes. (4) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）进行PGT的不孕患者 （2）年龄大于35周岁的患者； （3）存在严重的精卵形态异常； （4）既往多次IVF受精低下或失败的患者 （5）合并卵巢癌，子宫内膜癌，宫颈癌等以及其他系统肿瘤病变； （6）染色体异常； （7）拒绝参与本研究及失访患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Infertile patients undergoing PGT (2) Patients older than 35 years of age; (3) Presence of severe spermatozoa morphological abnormalities; (4) Patients who have had several low or failed IVF fertilisations in the past. (5) Combination of ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, and other systemic tumors; (6) Chromosomal abnormalities; (7) Patients who refused to participate in the study or were lost to follow-up.
