研究目的：

增加指南中SBRT治疗前列腺癌的证据强度，创立国内外领先的磁共振引导SBRT治疗前列腺癌的方法学。充分利用核磁共振加速器和SBRT的优势，既借助核磁共振加速器实时MR功能在线监控肿瘤及危机器官，确保治疗靶区的精确性；同时利用分割次数更少的SBRT在保证疗效的同时增加了患者的便利，减轻治疗带来的毒副作用，提高生存治疗。初步成立区域多学科联合放射外科中心。依托我院互联网医院的优势，进一步完善远程专业技术人才培养，通过远程医疗方式，逐步形成磁共振引导SBRT的会诊管理体系。  

Objectives of Study：

Enhance the evidence strength of SBRT treatment for prostate cancer in the guidelines, and establish a leading methodology for magnetic resonance guided SBRT treatment of prostate cancer both domestically and internationally. Fully utilize the advantages of nuclear magnetic resonance accelerator and SBRT, utilizing the real-time MR function of nuclear magnetic resonance accelerator to monitor tumors and critical organs online, ensuring the accuracy of the treatment target area; At the same time, using SBRT with fewer segmentation times increases the convenience of patients, reduces the toxic side effects of treatment, and improves survival treatment while ensuring efficacy. Preliminary establishment of a regional multidisciplinary joint radiosurgery center. Based on the advantages of our hospital's internet hospital, we will further improve the training of remote professional and technical talents, and gradually form a consultation management system guided by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for SBRT through remote medical methods.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞18 岁； 2.WHO PS 评分 0-2 分； 3.活检证实为前列腺腺癌； 4.Gleason 评分＞6 分； 5.影像学分期无淋巴结或远处转移的证据； 6.多学科团队建议放射治疗； 7.IPSS（国际前列腺症状评分）≤ 19； 8.允许既往进行经尿道前列腺电切术 TURP, 于放疗间隔至少 8 周的情况下； 9.可伴或不伴 ADT 治疗； 10.签署书面知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age>18 years old; 2.WHO PS score 0-2 points; 3.The biopsy confirmed that the tumor is prostate adenocarcinoma. 4.Gleason Score > 6 Points; 5.There is no evidence of lymph node or distant metastasis in the imaging credit period. 6.Multidisciplinary team suggested radiotherapy; 7.IPSS (International Prostate Symptom Score) ≤ 19; 8.Allowing the previous transurethral resection of the prostate TURP to be carried out, and at least 8 weeks of radiotherapy interval. 9.It can be accompanied or not accompanied by ADT treatment. 10.Signed written informed consent;

排除标准：

1.电子设备(起搏器、除颤器、深部脑刺激器、耳蜗植入器)；
2.有金属异物，或者脑动脉瘤夹；
3.严重幽闭恐惧症的患者；
4.骨盆既往放疗史；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Electronic devices (pacemakers, defibrillators, deep brain stimulators, cochlear implants);
2.There are metal foreign bodies, or aneurysm clips.
3.The patients with severe claustrophobia;
4.History of previous radiotherapy of the pelvis;
