研究目的：

本研究拟通过建立全国多中心分布式十万级生物样本库，形成技术规范和标准流程；开发基于多体系、多组学生物标记物的快速检测手段、预后判断和风险预警模型等新技术；通过综合分析血液关键标志物、临床信息等多元数据，建立脑卒中风险预警和预后预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to establish a national multi-centre distributed 100,000-level biosample bank and form technical specifications and standard processes; develop new technologies such as rapid detection techniques, prognostic and risk warning models based on multi-systems and multi-panels of blood biomarkers; and set up stroke risk early warning and prognostic prediction models by comprehensively analysing multivariate data such as key markers of the blood and clinical information.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.参照《中国急性缺血性卒中诊治指南 2023》诊断标准； 2.参照《中国脑出血诊治指南 2019》诊断标准； 3.参照《中国蛛网膜下腔出血诊治指南 2019》 诊断标准； 4.非卒中人群为来自社区的未患脑卒中人群。

Inclusion criteria

1.Referring to the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023; 2.Refer to the Diagnostic Criteria of Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage 2019; 3. Refer to the Diagnostic Criteria of?Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Subarachnoid Hemorrhage 2019; 4. Free-stroke are defined as community-based population without history of stroke.

排除标准：

1.年龄小于 18 岁；
2.此次发病前因任何原因生活不能自理者（modified Rankin scale, mRS≥2）；
3.妊娠、合并自身免疫性疾病、血液疾病或恶性肿瘤；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age <18 years;
2.People who cannot take care of themselves for any reason before the onset of the disease (modified Rankin scale, mRS≥2);
3.Pregnancy, autoimmune disease, blood disease or malignant tumor;
