研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探究团体生物反馈疗法联合正念冥想对肿瘤科护士抑郁、焦虑、感知压力、共情疲劳及睡眠质量的干预效果。 2. 次要目的：提升护士身心健康水平，以提高护理工作质量，为患者提供优质照护。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: To investigate the intervention effect of group biofeedback therapy combined with positive thinking meditation on depression, anxiety, perceived stress, empathy fatigue and sleep quality in oncology nurses. 2. Secondary aim: to improve the physical and mental health of oncology nurses in order to improve the quality of nursing care and the quality of patient care.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

肿瘤科护士；未正在服用抗焦虑、抗抑郁等精神类药物；未正在服用影响心率的药物；无脑器质性疾病或其他神经系统疾病者；自愿且知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Oncology nurses who are not currently taking psychotropic medications such as anxiolytics and antidepressants; not currently taking drugs that affect heart rate; without organic brain disease or other neurological disorders; and who gave free and informed consent.

排除标准：

靠近大脑有金属器械残留或者有安装金属心脏起搏器者；患有焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍或双相障碍等；对本研究所用治疗手段过敏或不耐受者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who have a metal device near their brain or a metal pacemaker; those who suffer from anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, etc.; and those who are allergic or intolerant to the treatments used in this trial.
