研究目的：

1. 主要目的：观察内镜颅底手术治疗的鼻腔鼻窦软组织肉瘤患者的总生存率（OS） 2. 次要目的： 观察内镜颅底手术治疗的鼻腔鼻窦软组织肉瘤患者的局部无复发生存率（LRFS）, 毒副反应和生活质量（QoL） 3.探索性目的：（1） 评估鼻腔鼻窦软组织肉瘤分子遗传学特征，探讨不同分子遗传学特征和预后的关系，建立预后模型；（2） 观察切缘阴性比率；（3） 观察鼻-颅底重要神经、血管的保留率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: to observe the overall survival rate (OS) of sinonasal soft tissue sarcoma patients treated with endoscopic skull base surgery. 2. Secondary objective: to observe the local recurrence-free survival rate (LRFS), toxic and adverse effects and quality of life (QoL) of sinonasal soft tissue sarcoma patients treated with endoscopic skull base surgery. 3. Exploratory objectives: (1) To evaluate the molecular genetic characteristics of sinonasal soft tissue sarcoma, and to explore the relationship between different molecular genetic characteristics and prognosis, and to establish a prognostic model; (2) To observe the rate of achievement of negative surgical margins; (3) To observe the retention rate of important nerves and blood vessels in the sinonasal and skull base area.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）签署知情同意书； （2）病理确诊的鼻腔鼻窦STS； （3）一般身体状况可以耐受鼻内镜手术； （4）没有远处转移； （5）研究团队必须认为患者能够经手术完全切除； （6）良好的器官功能；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Signing the informed consent form; (2) Pathologically confirmed sinonasal soft tissue sarcoma (STS); (3) Relative good physical condition with tolerance of endoscopic nasal surgery; (4) No distant metastasis; (5) The research team must believe that complete resection of malignancy could be achieved through endoscopic surgery; (6) Good organ function.

排除标准：

（1）患者有手术禁忌症：如严重的心肺疾病、凝血功能障碍； （2）患有不受控制的并发疾病； （3）存在严重神经或精神疾病，包括痴呆和癫痫发作； （4）未控制的活动性感染； （5）有任何可能妨碍研究依从性的其他情况;? （6）怀孕或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patient has surgical contraindications such as severe cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases, and coagulation disorders; (2) Patient has uncontrolled concurrent illnesses; (3) Patient has severe neurological or psychiatric disorders, including dementia and seizures; (4) Uncontrolled active infection state; (5) Any other conditions that may hinder patient's compliance with the study protocol; (6) Pregnant or lactating women.
