研究目的：

（1）构建基于移动医疗的老年脑卒中患者体力活动水平干预方案； （2）验证该方案对老年脑卒中患者体力活动水平、运动依从性、运动自我效能、主观锻炼体验感和生活质量等干预效果  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To construct an intervention program for physical activity level of elderly stroke patients based on mobile health; (2) To verify the intervention effects of the program on physical activity level, exercise compliance, exercise self-efficacy, subjective exercise experience and quality of life in elderly stroke patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合全国第四届脑血管病学术会议通过的诊断标准，经MRI或CT检查确诊为缺血性脑卒中； 2.首次发病，年龄≥60岁，且病程为2周-6个月； 3.能独自或依靠辅助具行走的患者； 4.经IPAQ评估为低体力活动水平； 5.出院后居家疗养的患者； 6.家中有互联网条件且患者或照顾者会使用智能手机； 7.患者自愿参与且签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. In the fourth national cerebrovascular disease conference by diagnostic criteria, diagnosed by MRI or CT examination of ischemic cerebral apoplexy; 2. First onset, age ≥60 years old, and the course of disease was 2 weeks to 6 months; 3. Patients who can walk alone or with assistive devices; 4. Low physical activity level assessed by IPAQ; 5. The home rehabilitation of patients after discharge; 6. Home Internet access and smartphone use by the patient or caregiver; 7. Patients with voluntary participation and sign the informed consent

排除标准：

1.简易精神状态检查（Mini-Mental State Examination，MMSE）≤27分； 2.伴有严重失语，沟通障碍的患者； 3.伴有严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病及恶性肿瘤的患者； 4.同时参与其他研究的患者； 5.法定盲或严重视觉障碍的患者； 6.患有妨碍运动的共病的患者； 7.出院后居家无照顾者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Simple Mental State Examination (Mini - getting the State Examination, MMSE) 27 points or less; 2. With severe aphasia, communication disorders of patients; 3. with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney disease and malignant tumor patients; 4. At the same time to participate in other studies; 5. Legal blindness or severe visual impairment of patients; 6. Patients with comorbid conditions that impede movement; 7. Without that occupy the home caregivers after discharge
