研究目的：

我们旨在评估与 PPD 相关的分娩因素，以提供减少潜在风险因素的干预措施。  

Objectives of Study：

We aim to evaluate the delivery factors implicated with PPD in order to provide interventions for reducing the potential risk factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 在本院生产；
2. 自愿参与研究，并签署知情同意书；
3. 有自主意识，能配合并独立完成问卷、抑郁量表填写及随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Give birth in our hospital;
2. Participate in the research voluntarily and sign the informed consent;
3. Have self-awareness, can cooperate and independently complete the questionnaire, depression scale and follow-up.

排除标准：

1. 既往有精神或心理疾病患者；
2. 死胎、死产患者；
3. 重要脏器功能不全或恶性肿瘤患者；
4. 排除因各种因素造成的研究对象脱落。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with previous mental or psychological diseases;
2. Patients with stillbirth or stillbirth;
3. Patients with insufficiency of important organs or malignant tumors;
4. Dropout of study subjects due to various factors was excluded.
