研究目的：

探索心外科PPCs相关的临床预测因子与PPCs的相关性，为识别PPCs提供新思路和方法，对高危患者术前进行有针对性的康复训练和科学指导提供参考依据，以减少术后PPCs发生率，优化临床康复效率。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the correlation between clinical predictors and PPCs in cardiac surgery, provide new ideas and methods for identifying PPCs, and provide a reference basis for targeted rehabilitation training and scientific guidance for high-risk patients before surgery to reduce the incidence of postoperative PPCs. , optimize clinical rehabilitation efficiency.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄≥18岁； 2) 计划接受开胸心脏手术的患者

Inclusion criteria

1) Age ≥18 years old; 2) Patients scheduled to undergo open heart surgery

排除标准：

1) 急诊手术； 2) 临床判断病危患者、术前一个或多个器官不可逆功能衰竭； 3) 术前诊断痰培养阳性的肺感染、既往肺部手术史者； 4) 不能配合完成相关指标的评估，如生活不能自理，合并帕金森病、截肢或交流困难等； 5) 30天内参与其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Emergency surgery; 2) Patients who are clinically judged to be critically ill or have irreversible failure of one or more organs before surgery; 3) Those with preoperative diagnosis of pulmonary infection with positive sputum culture and previous lung surgery; 4) Unable to cooperate in completing the assessment of relevant indicators, such as being unable to take care of themselves, combined with Parkinson's disease, amputation or communication difficulties, etc.; 5) Those who participate in other clinical trials within 30 days.
