研究目的：

本研究拟通过监测微创食管癌切除患者术后0-7天血气分析结果，描绘出患者术后氧合指数的变化趋势，分析发生吻合口瘘患者的氧合指数变化特征，并探索通过观察氧合指数变化来预测吻合口瘘发生的可能性。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to characterize the oxygenation index in patients after minimally invasive esophagectomy via monitoring arterial blood gas analysis in postoperative day 0-7, and to explore whether oxygenation index is associated with anastomotic leakage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.胃镜活检病理诊断食管鳞状细胞癌明确，并经全身CT等检查证实无远处转移、可行微创食管癌三切口（Mckeown手术）切除的患者；
2.年龄19岁-80岁，男女均可；
3.无合并严重肝、肾及肺部疾病；
4.ECOG评分≤1分；
5.受试者自愿加入本研究，签署知情同意书，依从性好，配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed by gastroscopic biopsy, and without distant metastasis confirmed by whole body CT and other examinations, were eligible for Mckeown minimally invasive esophagectomy;
2.Age 19 to 80 years old, male and female;
3.without serious liver, kidney or lung diseases;
4.ECOG score ≤1;
5.Subjects voluntarily joined the study, signed the informed consent form, with good compliance, and cooperated with follow-up;

排除标准：

1.无法耐受动脉穿刺检查；
2.探查手术，未行食管部分切除及消化道吻合手术；
3.中转开胸手术；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Unable to tolerate arterial puncture;
2.Partial esophagectomy and gastrointestinal anastomosis were not performed during exploratory surgery;
3.Conversion to thoracotomy was performed during surgery;
