研究目的：

1.明确头颈肿瘤患者围放疗期动态症状群网络的纵向发展及变化轨迹。 2.构建HNC患者围放疗期动态症状群网络。 3.识别干预措施对于HNC患者动态网络症状群的潜在作用靶点，并初步分析动态网络症状群在围放疗期内改变的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To determine the longitudinal development and trajectory of symptom clusters in patients with HNC during peri-radiotherapy; 2. To construct a dynamic network of symptom clusters in patients with HNC during peri-radiotherapy. 3. To identify the potentially interventional targets of the symptoms in patients with HNC, and to preliminarily analyze the mechanism underlying dynamic changes in symptom clusters network during peri-radiotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄 18-80 岁。 ②经病理诊断为头颈部恶性肿瘤。 ③接受放射性治疗，伴或不伴新辅助化疗或辅助化疗。 ④预计生存时间≥1 年。 ⑤PS 评分≥2 分。 ⑥具备一定阅读理解能力，可独立完成或在研究人员指导下完成相关问卷的填写。知情同意自愿加入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Age range: 18-80 years old. ② Pathological diagnosis shows malignant tumors in the head and neck region. ③ Receive radiation therapy with or without neoadjuvant chemotherapy or adjuvant chemotherapy. ④ Expected survival time ≥ 1 year. ⑤ PS score ≥ 2 points. ⑥ Having a certain level of reading comprehension ability, able to complete relevant questionnaires independently or under the guidance of researchers. Informed consent to voluntarily join this study.

排除标准：

合并其他伴有明显症状的慢性基础性疾病，如中晚期肾功能障碍、血糖控制不佳的糖尿病、血压控制不佳的高血压等

Exclusion criteria：

Comorbid chronic conditions with significant symptoms, such as intermediate-to-advanced kidney dysfunction, poorly controlled diabetes and hypertension, etc.
