Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Effects of Resilience-based Health Education on the Psychological Well-being of Parents of Children with Cancer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄大于18岁； （2）为诊断为6个月内、年龄小于14岁的癌症患儿的父母，需为主要照顾者； （3）存在心理健康风险的人群 (满足以下条件之一:广泛性焦虑量表 [GAD-7] 得分>5分且<15分、病人健康问卷抑郁量表 [PHQ-9] 得分>6分且<15分)； （4）能够说普通话并且能阅读中文； （5）能使用上网设备，如手机或电脑。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged above 18 years old; (2) Being the primary caregiver and parent of a child diagnosed with cancer within the past 6 months and aged below 14 years old; (3) At risk for psychological health issues (meeting one of the following criteria: scoring >5 and <15 on the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 [GAD-7] scale, >6 and <15 on the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 [PHQ-9] depression scale); (4) Able to speak Mandarin and read Chinese; (5) Able to use internet-accessible devices such as smartphones or computers.

排除标准：

（1）有医疗记录表明身体残疾、精神疾病或认知问题的癌症患儿父母； （2）正在接受心理相关类型服务的父母； （3）患儿的癌症诊断为复发的父母。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) With medical records indicating physical disabilities, mental illnesses, or cognitive issues; (2) Currently receiving psychological or related types of services; (3) Whose child's cancer diagnosis is a relapse.

This study will use a stratified randomization method, with a 1:1 allocation ratio for random grouping. Randomization will be based on the child's cancer type (hematological malignancies vs. solid tumors) to ensure balanced representation and minimize confounding effects. The random sequence will be obtained in advance using an online randomization program (www.randomization.com).

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data management and statistical analysis procedures for this study prioritize data security and confidentiality. Only the principal investigator and research assistants will have access to the collected data. All data will be collected using a standard Case Record Form. For paper-based personal data, it will be stored in a locked filing cabinet within a secure office. Digital data will be stored in password-protected files to ensure its protection. All data will remain in their original storage location for three year after the research is completed. Upon completion of the three-year retention period, all paper-based and digital data will be securely destroyed. This includes ensuring the permanent deletion of digital files and the proper disposal of any physical records. These measures are implemented to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of participants’ data and to comply with data protection regulations.
