研究目的：

通过量性与质性相结合的方法调查我国癌症患者照顾者健康素养现状，分析癌症患者照顾者健康素养的影响因素及干预需求。基于前期调查及文献回顾制定适合我国癌症患者照顾者的健康素养干预方案。探讨癌症患者照顾者健康素养干预方案对癌症患者照顾者健康素养、照顾能力、照顾负担以及对癌症患者生活质量等指标的影响。为后续临床开展相关研究改善患者照顾者健康素养提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the current status of health literacy among caregivers of cancer patients in China through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, and to analyze the influencing factors and intervention needs of health literacy among caregivers of cancer patients. Based on the previous survey and literature review, a health literacy intervention program suitable for caregivers of cancer patients in China was developed. To explore the effects of the health literacy intervention program on the health literacy, caregiving ability, caregiving burden, and quality of life of caregivers of cancer patients. To provide a reference for subsequent clinical research to improve the health literacy of caregivers.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18周岁； （2）承担患者的主要照顾任务、参与医疗决策； （3）每周照顾时间≥40h。 （4）无交流及认知障碍； （5）知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Be ≥18 years of age; (2) Assumption of the patient's primary care tasks, participation in medical decision-making; (3) Caregiving time ≥40 h per week. (4) No communication or cognitive impairment; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

（1）收取照顾报酬者； （2）有认知障碍及精神疾病等； （3）语言表达能力差，视力、 听力差，不能理解并配合完成调查。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) A person who receives payment for care; (2) Cognitive impairment and mental illness, etc; (3) Those who have poor language skills, poor eyesight and hearing, and cannot understand and cooperate with the survey.
