研究目的：

介绍一种分离手术联合术中放疗，评估该技术在脊柱转移瘤手术治疗中的可行性、安全性和有效性，并与分离手术联合术后放疗及传统分离手术进行临床对比研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Combination of separation surgery combined with intraoperative radiotherapy was introduced to evaluate the feasibility, safety and efficacy of this technique in the surgical treatment of spinal metastases, and clinical comparison with separation surgery combined with separation radiotherapy and traditional separation surgery was carried out.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）术前检查或术后病理确诊的实体恶性肿瘤脊柱转移；
（2）脊柱转移瘤导致脊柱不稳定；
（3）对脊柱转移瘤非手术治疗无效的顽固性疼痛；
（4）脊柱转移瘤导致进行性神经功能障碍；
（5）脊柱转移瘤导致脊髓受压；
（6）预期寿命超过 3～6个月。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Spinal metastasis of solid malignant tumor confirmed by preoperative examination or postoperative pathology;
(2) spinal metastases cause spinal instability;
(3) intractable pain that is ineffective in non-surgical treatment of spinal metastases;
(4) spinal metastases leading to progressive neurological dysfunction;
(5) spinal metastases cause compression of the spinal cord;
(6) Life expectancy is more than 3~6 months.

排除标准：

（1）脊柱良性肿瘤；
（2）无症状的脊柱转移瘤；
（3）其他未控制的严重内科疾病；
（4）合并精神、认知障碍；
（5）恶病质等合并重要脏器的功能衰竭不能耐受放疗；
（6）严重心肺疾病或其他不能耐受手术；
（7）不愿或不能参加治疗以及术后随访。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) benign tumors of the spine;
(2) asymptomatic spinal metastases;
(3) Other uncontrolled serious medical diseases;
(4) Combined mental and cognitive disorders;
(5) Cachexia and other functional failure of important organs cannot tolerate radiotherapy;
(6) Severe cardiopulmonary disease or other inability to tolerate surgery;
(7) Unwillingness or inability to participate in treatment and postoperative follow-up.
