研究目的：

探讨气管插管的斜面方向对置入左侧支气管封堵器的临床效果和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

We aim to investigate the efficacy and safety of bevel direction of the endotracheal tube on the placement of bronchial blocker for left lung deflation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄18岁至75岁。 (2)手术过程中需要肺隔离持续时间 > 30分钟。 (3)有能力提供知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) A patient who is older than 18 years old and younger than 75 years old. (2) A patient who will take operation which needs one lung ventilation more than 30 minutes. (3) A patient who agrees to participate in this study and is able to fill out the consent form.

排除标准：

(1)年龄小于18岁或大于75岁。 (2)困难气道。 (3)既往接受过胸外科手术或手术侧胸膜切除术。 (4)创伤患者。 (5)有任何禁忌症的支气管封堵器放置。 (6)有明显阻塞性（预计用力呼气量< 50%）或限制性气道疾病（用力呼气量< 75%）的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) A patient who is younger than 18 years old or older than 75. (2) A patient who has defunct airway during the intubation. (3) A patient who has a history of thoracic surgery or surgical pleurectomy. (4) A patient who has traumatic diseases. (5) A patient who has any contraindications of placing the bronchial blocker. (6) A Patients with significant obstructive (estimated forced expiratory volume < 50%) or restrictive airway disease (forced expiratory volume < 75%).

Blinding：

Patients, statistician, and assessors who will be blinded to the group allocation. However, the intubating anaesthesiologists could not be blinded to the group allocation, as it is not possible to conceal the tracheal tube during the intubation.

(1)数据收集 使用病例记录表收集患者的信息包括：人口学基线资料、研究变量、协变量和结果变量。 (2)数据管理 安徽医科大学第一附属医院的研究人员收到的所有电子数据将以密码保护的文件形式存储在安全的安徽医科大学第一附属医院服务器上。项目负责人将有权访问这些数据。 所有保存在安徽医科大学第一附属医院的电子数据将在研究结束七年后按照安徽医科大学安全电子数据销毁指南销毁。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

(1) Data Collection Data including demographic information, exposures, covariates, and outcome variables will be collected using CRF for each participant. (2) Data management All electronic data received by researchers at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University will be stored in password protected files on the secured First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University server. PI Qiang Zheng will have access to these data. All electronic data held at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University will be destroyed seven years after completion of the Study, following Anhui Medical University secure electronic data destruction guidelines.
