研究目的：

目前对于宫颈间质受累（临床FIGO2009Ⅱ期）的子宫内膜癌患者的子宫切除类型（包括单纯子宫切除术[SH]、改良根治性子宫切除术[mRH]和根治性子宫切除术[RH]）在临床实践中仍存在争议。本多中心研究拟基于全国代表性的可疑宫颈侵犯的子宫内膜癌患者队列，比较SH和RH/mRH对预后的影响，并在侵袭性和非侵袭性组织学亚型中进行亚组分析。  

Objectives of Study：

The types of hysterectomy (including simple hysterectomy [SH] , modified radical hysterectomy [mRH] and radical hysterectomy [RH]) for endometrial cancer patients with suspected or gross cervical involvement remains controversial in clinical practice. We conducted this nationwide multi-center cohort study using data from the nationwide endometrial cancer cohort in China, aming to compare the prognostic effect of SH and radical hysterectomy/modified radical hysterectomy (RH/mRH) in endometrial cancer patients with suspected or gross cervical involvement (clinical FIGO 2009 stage Ⅱ) overall and stratified by aggressive and non-aggressive histological types,

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.各中心患者的初次入院时间为 2000-2019 年； 2.诊断为临床 FIGO 2009 Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌； 3.患者接受手术治疗，手术范围明确； 4.术后病理诊断为子宫内膜癌，肿瘤组织学类型明确； 5.生存及随访资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

1. The initial admission time of patients in each center is from 2000 to 2019; 2. Diagnosed as clinical FIGO 2009 stage II endometrial cancer; 3. The patient undergoes surgical treatment with a clear surgical scope; 4. Postoperative pathological diagnosis is endometrial cancer, with a clear histological type of tumor; 5. Complete survival and follow-up data;

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤的患者； 2.未行手术治疗的患者； 3.病理信息缺失的患者； 4.生存及随访资料不全；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with concomitant malignant tumors; 2. Patients who have not undergone surgical treatment; 3. Patients with missing pathological information; 4. Incomplete survival and follow-up data;
