研究目的：

（1）通过观察针刺运动疗法缓解脑卒中后肩痛的临床疗效，建立一套治疗脑卒中后肩痛切实、有效、方便、安全的中医康复治疗方案，进一步临床推广应用，对中医康复的发展起到行业引领作用。 （2）建立针刺治疗前后fNIRS定量评估的评价指标与评价方法，初步探索疼痛改善下疼痛、情绪相关的脑网络变化。  

Objectives of Study：

1.By observing the clinical effect of acupuncture motor therapy on post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain patients, to establish a set of effective, convenient and safe rehabilitation treatment for post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain patients. And then to clinical application, the development of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation plays a leading role in the industry. 2.By establish the indexes and methods of fNIRS in acupuncture treatment, to explore the changes of brain network related to pain and emotion under pain improvement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）参照中华医学会神经病学分会《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》，符合脑出血或脑梗死的诊断标准； （2）年龄在30-70岁之间； （3）病程在脑卒中后2周-3个月之间，病情稳定，能够耐受针灸及康复等治疗； （4）患者出现由脑卒中引起的肩痛； （5）卒中前无肩痛相关病史； （6）自愿参与本临床试验，并签署知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. According to the diagnostic essentials of major cerebrovascular diseases in China 2019 published by Neurology Branch of Chinese Medical Association, the diagnostic criteria of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction were met. 2. Aged between 30 and 70. 3.The course of disease ranged from 2 weeks to 3 months after stroke, condition is stable and able to tolerate acupuncture and rehabilitation. 4. The patient with shoulder pain due to stroke. 5. There was no history of shoulder pain before stroke. 6. Patients who volunteered to participate in the clinical trial and signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）脑外伤、脑肿瘤及颅脑术后等非脑血管病变原因者； （2）经检查有严重肩袖损伤患者； （3）严重失语症、严重听理解和认知功能障碍不能配合治疗的患者； （4）以前有过卒中发作史和/或遗留有肢体功能障碍的患者； （5）依从性差，不按医嘱进行治疗者； （6）既往进行过系统康复治疗者； （7）既往服用过止痛药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Brain trauma, brain tumor and post-cranio-cerebral operation were not the causes of cerebrovascular diseases. 2. The patients with severe rotator cuff injury. 3. Severe aphasia, severe hearing comprehension and cognitive impairment can not cooperate with the treatment of patients. 4.Patients with a previous history of stroke and/or residual limb dysfunction. 5.The patients with poor compliance did not follow the Doctor's advice. 6.Those who had undergone systematic rehabilitation therapy before. 7.Those who has taken pain medication in the past.

随机数字表：先将108例患者从1编号到108，然后从随机数字表中任一行任一列开始，以此读取3位数做为一个随机数录入编号下面，再将全部选出的随机数从小到大进行编序号，记录在第三行。规定1-54为对照组，55-108为研究组。

Table of random numbers: The 108 patients were numbered from 1 to 108, then start with any row or column in the random number table, read the 3-DIGIT number as a random number below the input number. All the selected random numbers are numbered from small to large, is recorded on the third line. 1-54 was the control group, 55-108 is the research group.
