构建符合我国国情的灵性照护方案，以期降低青年晚期癌症患者恐惧疾病进展水平，提高其生活质量  

Objectives of Study：

Constructing a spiritual care programme that meets our national conditions with a view to reducing the level of fear of disease progression and improving the quality of life of young advanced cancer patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄为 18-39岁； 2. 确诊为癌症晚期（临床分期：III 期/IV 期），预计生存期>6 个月； 3. 患者知晓癌症诊断； 4. 自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 39 years; 2. Diagnosed with advanced cancer (clinical stage: stage III/IV) with expected survival > 6 months; 3. Patient is aware of the cancer diagnosis; 4. Volunteer to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1. 既往或现存精神障碍； 2. 正在参与其他护理研究干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pre-existing or existing mental disorders; 2. Ongoing participation in other nursing research interventions
