研究目的：

评价母乳气味干预对新生儿PICC置管的疼痛评分、疼痛表情持续时间、心率、脉搏血氧饱和度的影响。评价母乳气味干预对新生儿PICC置管时长、第10天体重增长与疼痛相关性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of breast milk odor intervention on pain score, pain expression duration, heart rate and pulse oxygen saturation of neonates after PICC catheterization. To evaluate the correlation of breast milk odor intervention on PICC catheterization duration, weight gain and pain at day 10 of neonates

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.①入住NICU行有创呼吸机辅助呼吸且符合 PICC穿刺指征的新生儿；
2.②家长签署PICC知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.① Neonates admitted to NICU for invasive ventilator assisted breathing and meeting the indications of PICC puncture;
2.② Parents signed PICC informed consent,;

排除标准：

1.①出生后日龄小于1天且大于30天；
2.②再次入院者；
3.③术后患儿；
4.④诊断为膈疝、腭裂、瘫痪或者神经严重受损的新生儿；
5.⑤未使用有创呼吸机辅助呼吸；
6.⑥患有持久性疼痛的患儿；

Exclusion criteria：

1.① Neonates admitted to NICU for invasive ventilator assisted breathing and meeting the indications of PICC puncture;
2.② Readmitted patients;
3.③ Postoperative children;
4.④Newborns diagnosed with diaphragmatic hernia, cleft palate, paralysis, or severe nerve damage;
5.⑤No invasive ventilator was used to assist breathing;
6.⑥ Children with persistent pain；

PICC 置管的基础期(操作前2min )、过程期(包括消毒、穿刺、送管、按压固定4个步骤)、恢复期(操作结束后2min )、结束期(操作结束后30min )共4个时期单独使用母乳气味,通过采集4个时期（7个步骤）的生理行为参数，收集患儿的疼痛评分

Measure method：

Breast milk scent was used in 4 periods of PICC catheterization: basic period (2min before operation), process period (including 4 steps of disinfection, puncture, tube feeding, and pressing fixation), recovery period (2min after operation), and end period (30min after operation). Physiological and behavioral parameters of 4 periods (7 steps) were collected. The pain scores and physiological indexes of the children were collected.

研究者将新生儿按入组顺序划分为11个区组，每个区组6例新生儿，使用电脑生成66个与筛选号对应的随机数字。一名不知研究假设的研究者担任研究助理将将每个区组内新生儿按随机数字顺序排序，以1:1分为试验组与对照组。

104/5000 The researchers divided the newborns into 11 blocks with 6 newborns in each block and used a computer to generate 66 random numbers corresponding to the screening number. An investigator acting as a research assistant, who is not aware of the study hypothesis, will rank the newborns in each group in random numerical order, divided 1:1 into trial and control groups.
