研究目的：

探讨阿尔茨海默病及轻度认知功能障碍早期血液生物标志物的含量。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the content of blood biomarkers in the early stage of Alzheimer's disease and mild cognitive impairment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥55岁；
2.自愿参加，且患者本人及家属知情同意配合完成所有调查者和采集静脉血；
3.病情稳定，意识清楚。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥55 years;
2. Voluntary participation and informed consent of the patient and his/her family to cooperate in completing all investigations and collecting venous blood;
3. His condition is stable and he is conscious.

排除标准：

1.严重肝功能障碍（AST/ALT超过正常值上限2倍）、肾功能障碍、心功能障碍或者患有其他严重全身性疾病者；
2.因严重的视听力障碍或其他躯体疾病影响量表评估结果的患者；
3.近两周内有感染性疾病或者住院期间并发严重感染（如上呼吸道感染、肺炎、泌尿系感染、高热等）；
4.有严重的内分泌疾病或自身免疫性疾病及肿瘤患者；
5.排除血管性痴呆及其他类型痴呆；
6.既往有焦虑、抑郁等精神障碍病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with severe liver dysfunction (AST/ALT exceeds twice the upper limit of normal value), renal dysfunction, cardiac dysfunction or other serious systemic diseases;
2. Patients with severe visual and hearing impairment or other physical diseases that affect the evaluation results of the scale;
3. Infectious diseases or severe infection (such as respiratory tract infection, pneumonia, urinary tract infection, high fever, etc.) in the last two weeks;
4. Patients with serious endocrine diseases or autoimmune diseases and tumors;
5. Exclude vascular dementia and other types of dementia;
6. Have a history of anxiety, depression and other mental disorders.
