研究目的：

探索不孕症多囊卵巢综合征和子宫内膜异位症患者卵泡液代谢组学特征，比较相同中医证型不孕症患者患多囊卵巢综合征和子宫内膜异位症的代谢组学差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the metabolomics characteristics of follicular fluid in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and endometriosis, and compare the metabolomics differences between polycystic ovary syndrome and endometriosis in patients with the same traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type of infertility.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄20～45岁的女性； ② 接受辅助生殖技术体外受精-胚胎移植技术； ③ 符合多囊卵巢综合征或子宫内膜异位症或仅为男方因素的不孕症患者； ④ 自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Female patients aged 20-45 years old; ②Patients accepting assisted reproductive technology in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer technology; ③ Infertility patients who meet the criteria of polycystic ovary syndrome or endometriosis or are solely male factors; ④ Volunteers to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

① 合并先天性性腺发育不全、糖尿病、甲状腺功能异常； ② 合并有心血管、脑血管、肝、肾、肺和造血系统等严重原发性疾病者和精神病患者； ③ 一方或双方染色体异常。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with congenital gonadal hypoplasia, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction; ② Individuals with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, lung, and hematopoietic systems, as well as psychiatric patients; ③ One or both of the couple with chromosomal abnormalities.
